September 2026

Was peer-pressured into going to Orlando with Libby and Katy for a quick Halloween Horror Nights trip.

Went to D.C. for a higher education seminar.

I went to Neptune Fest in Virginia Beach.

August 2026

I started making bracelets for Halloween Horror Nights trading.

I interviewed Miss America and got to pet a mini-highland cow at the same assignment.

Went to Phoenix to watch Noah Kahan. I cried.

Went to Sedona and saw some of the coolest rocks.

Finished out the month in Lafayette working remotely and visiting friends.We had our second annual read-a-thon and rented out an entire bed-and-breakfast.

July 2026

I took a chance and went to Colonial Williamsburg for the Fourth of July VA250 celebration. It was packed but worth it.

Finally got a haircut at a super cool salon

Went to Atlanta for mom's family reunion

I wrapped up the month in D.C., hanging out with a friend who was visiting. I took a train up (bless). We went to a National's game and an evening event at the Library of Congress.
